The Role
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for planning, managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for a portfolio of energy clients. You'll think in terms of cost per switch and cost per lead — not just clicks — and work closely with our SEO, content and web teams to keep paid and organic pulling in the same direction.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns
- Experience with Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max campaign types
- Confident with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and platform-native conversion tracking
- Ability to turn campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting and bid strategy
- Comfortable managing budgets and forecasting performance against targets
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting results to clients
Experience in the energy sector is a strong advantage — candidates who understand Ofgem pricing cycles, switching windows and regulatory constraints will stand out.
